负载模拟加载装置是对被试液压缸进行加载模拟试验以检测和分析被试液压缸的综合性能的设备.根据液压缸的相关试验标准,在分析与研究液压缸综合性能检测技术的基础上,对整个装置的软、硬件进行设计,采用电液比例技术和计算机测控技术设计出了能够自动完成液压缸型式试验和出厂试验的一套检测装置.

Simulated loading equipment is used to detect and analyze the comprehensive performance of the tested hydraulic cylinder by means of test on loaded hydraulic cylinder. On the basis of analysis and research on hydraulic cylinder comprehensive performance measurement techniques, the paper elaborates the designs on hardware and software of the equipment and describes the adopting of electro-hydraulic proportional technique and technique of computer measurement and control according to relevant testing standards on hydraulic cylinder, so as to design a set of detection equipment which can finish the type test and delivery test on hydraulic cylinder automatically.
