Based on the performance analysis and parameter design of the circular mould and compression roller system of a mobile pellet mill, the mould simulation and error analysis of the circular mould and compression roller are conducted to find out the defects and potential problems existing in the design, thereby obtaining an optimal design scheme, shortening the design cycle and providing a reliable scientific basis for correct design of pellet mills.
