树木三维结构是林业研究的重要内容,也是计算机图形学领域中的一个热点问题.目前树木三维结构重建主要有两种方法:一种是基于规则的方法,根据数据统计,利用设定的规则标准或编写的程序语言创建树木三维结构;另一种是基于图像的方法,利用拍摄的树木照片求解出照片的三维点云,根据三维点云重建枝干,然后插入生成叶,以此来重建树木三维模型.对这两种方法进行了描述,并指出其存在的问题和发展方向.

Three-dimensional structure of trees is important content of forestry research and also a hot issue in the computer graphics field. Currently, there are mainly two methods for the reconstruction of three-dimensional structure of trees: one is a rule-based method, which creates a three-dimensional structure of trees by means of data statistics and determined rules and regulations or complied programs; the other is an image-based method, which recreates a three-dimensional structure of trees by means of take pictures of trees to solve 3D point cloud of pictures, based on which branches are reconstructed, followed by generated leaves. The two methods are described, with existing problems and development direction pointed out.
