采用不同的热磨条件对草木混合原料进行纤维分离,以筛分值作为纤维质量的评判指标,研究热磨条件对纤维质量的影响.通过实测不同的草木比、蒸煮条件组合方案下的纤维筛分值,得到最优热磨条件.结果表明,合理的草木比、科学的蒸煮条件可以显著提高纤维得率.

Under different thermal refining conditions, straw-wood material was separated into fibers. And the fiber quality was studied by the screening value as the evaluation index. Through the measurements of screening value under different straw-wood ratio and cooking conditions, the optimal thermal grinding condition was gotten. The results showed that the reasonable straw-wood ratio and scientific cooking condition can be helpful for improving the fiber yield.
