测量了一种新型复合基体圆锯片及传统基体圆锯片的空载噪声和锯切噪声.结果表明:对于大直径的圆锯片,采用复合基体圆锯片能有效地降低锯切噪声,但不能降低空载噪声;对于小直径的圆锯片,复合基体圆锯片对空载噪声和锯切噪声都没有影响.
測量瞭一種新型複閤基體圓鋸片及傳統基體圓鋸片的空載譟聲和鋸切譟聲.結果錶明:對于大直徑的圓鋸片,採用複閤基體圓鋸片能有效地降低鋸切譟聲,但不能降低空載譟聲;對于小直徑的圓鋸片,複閤基體圓鋸片對空載譟聲和鋸切譟聲都沒有影響.

The idling noise and cutting noise of a new type of composite matrix circular saw blade and traditional matrix circular saw blades are measured. The results show that as for large-diameter circular saw blades, circular saw blades with a composite matrix can effectively reduce cutting noise, but fail to reduce idling noise; as for small-diameter circular saw blades, circular saw blades with a composite matrix have no effect on idling noise or cutting noise.
