According to the requirements for structure characteristics and dimensional accura?cy, the stamping process of an automobile engine back cover plate was analyzed and the key points in structure design and manufacturing of four sets of dies were presented. Pro?duction practice has proven that the stamping process is reasonable; the die running is reli?able and can meet the need for large-scale batch production with good quality.
