对中小型电加热式快速热循环注射成型模具的温度控制系统进行设计,首先给出了模具的温度控制参数,再对温度控制的硬件结构进行设计,并选定了PLC类型和人机界面设计软件,再对温度控制系统从硬件、软件、温度控制算法及人机界面交互等方面进行了详细设计,最后对温度控制系统进行了模拟仿真,具有一定实际应用价值.

The temperature control system was designed for small-scale rapid thermal cycle injection mould with electric heating. The temperature control parameters for the mould were presented, the hardware structure of temperature control was designed and the type for PLC and software for designing human-computer interface were chose. Then the temper?ature control system was designed in detail from aspects of hardware, software, tempera?ture control algorithms, human-computer interface and so on. Simulation for the tempera?ture control system was also made.
