通过试验验证了金属电弧喷涂快速模具(ARMT)应用于长玻纤PU发泡成型的优良性.测得ZnAl15材料的ARMT可连续承受217℃热冲击,导热性比树脂模具高15%,硬度为90 HV,模具变形量在1 mm内为2‰左右.试验表明,ARMT在热物理性能和力学性能上均比树脂模具更适合于长玻纤PU发泡成型,成本和周期远低于传统金属模具.

The feasibility of applying ARMT technology in long glass fiber reinforced PU foaming was verified by experiment. The ARMT made of ZnAl15 material can continuously bear the thermal shock at 217℃, the thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of the mould made of resin, the rigidity is HV90 and the dimensional accuracy is about 2‰. The experiments indicate that the thermophysical and mechanical property of ARMT are better qualified than glass fiber reinforced plastics tooling for long glass fiber reinforced PU foam?ing; besides, its cost and cycle period are lower than traditional metal tooling.
