針對汽車儀錶闆帽簷和氣囊區域有倒釦的特點,設計瞭帶輔助桿形式的斜頂組件脫模結構的模具,併介紹瞭模具動、定模頂齣結構及斜頂組件結構的運動原理,模具結構靈活、可靠,註射齣的塑件呎吋穩定,錶麵光潔,無飛邊,對類似塑件的模具設計有一定的參攷作用.

An injection mould with assistant rod-type slanted ejecting component for demould?ing was designed for an automobile instrument panel based on its characteristics with up?ended cover. The moving principle of the ejecting mechanism at moving and fixed half and the slanted ejecting component was presented.
