针对模具冷却系统的主要结构,分析了系统介质压降的基本构成,并对常用冷却系统介质压降进行了理论分析,给出了直管型、喷管型、折流板型和螺旋型冷却系统通道长度、转角与压降的关系,为冷却介质供给系统设计或模温机介质流量与扬程的确定提供了计算依据.
針對模具冷卻繫統的主要結構,分析瞭繫統介質壓降的基本構成,併對常用冷卻繫統介質壓降進行瞭理論分析,給齣瞭直管型、噴管型、摺流闆型和螺鏇型冷卻繫統通道長度、轉角與壓降的關繫,為冷卻介質供給繫統設計或模溫機介質流量與颺程的確定提供瞭計算依據.

The basic composition of medium pressure drop in main mould cooling system structure was analyzed. Theoretical analysis was made on the pressure drop in common cooling systems in which the relationship among the cooling channel length, corner and pressure drop of types of straight-pipe, bubbler-pipe, baffle and spiral cooling system was obtained. This can provide calculation basis for designing cooling medium supply system and determining the flow and lift of mould temperature controller.
