从预测指标主要反映指标与突出主控因素一致,指标测值随工作面突出危险大小有明显变化两个方面定性分析,并应用“三率”分析法,确定钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度 q 和钻屑量 S 为宣东二矿Ⅲ3煤层三采区的敏感指标.通过对 q 值和 S 值设定不同临界值进行“三率”分析,确定钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度 q 临界值为5.0L /min,钻屑量 S 临界值为5.1kg.

From the qualitative analysis in two aspects which main reflecting indicators of predictive index is consistent main controlling fac-tors of outburst and Index value with face outburst dangerous size has a significant change, and application of " three rate" analysis method, determine drilling gas inrush initial velocity q and drilling cuttings weight S as the Sensitivity Index of area of three of Ⅲ3 coal seam in Xuan-dong no.two mine. Based on the " three rate" analysis of q and S with different hypothetical critical value, determine the critical value of drilling gas inrush initial velocity q is 5L/min and the critical value of drilling cuttings weight S is 5.1Kg .
