以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化合成山梨酸乙酯.考察了原料配比、催化剂的用量、带水剂的用量以及反应时间等条件对反应的影响.实验结果表明,合成山梨酸乙酯的最佳反应条件是:n(山梨酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶5,催化剂用量占山梨酸质量的25%,反应时间3h ,带水剂用量为15mL ,产物收率75.04%,纯度达98%.
以對甲苯磺痠為催化劑,催化閤成山梨痠乙酯.攷察瞭原料配比、催化劑的用量、帶水劑的用量以及反應時間等條件對反應的影響.實驗結果錶明,閤成山梨痠乙酯的最佳反應條件是:n(山梨痠)∶n(乙醇)=1∶5,催化劑用量佔山梨痠質量的25%,反應時間3h ,帶水劑用量為15mL ,產物收率75.04%,純度達98%.

P-toluene sulfonic acid was used as catalyst in catalytic synthesis of sorbic acid ethyl ester .The influence of synthesis conditions such as reaction time ,molar ratio of reactants ,dosage of catalyst was studied .The results show that :the amount of catalyst is 25% of mass of acid alcohol ,the molar ratio of acid alcohol to ethanol is 1∶5;the reaction time is 3h .Under the conditions above ,the yield of acid al-cohol is 75 .04% ,and purity is above 98% .
