通过对某小区现浇混凝土桩的检测,分析了产生工程质量事故的原因.分析结果表明,混凝土坍落度偏大,桩孔内抽水不干净等不规范施工导致工程质量事故,所以,必须保证建筑材料合格,施工配合比要考虑现场原材料含水量变化和现场实际情况,同时还要进行规范的施工控制和严格的监控管理,才能确保混凝土工程质量.
通過對某小區現澆混凝土樁的檢測,分析瞭產生工程質量事故的原因.分析結果錶明,混凝土坍落度偏大,樁孔內抽水不榦淨等不規範施工導緻工程質量事故,所以,必鬚保證建築材料閤格,施工配閤比要攷慮現場原材料含水量變化和現場實際情況,同時還要進行規範的施工控製和嚴格的鑑控管理,纔能確保混凝土工程質量.

Monitoring survey to R .C .piles in some site discovers pile quality defection ,and further analysis shows the causes are larger slump concrete and nonstandard manipulation — residual water clearing failure before concrete placement .So it must guarantee R .C .con-struction equality only when building material is eligible ,and mix proportions takes raw material water content into consideration ,and con-struction procedure is fit to correlative specification and is under rigid monitoring management .
