针对全液压深孔钻机的特点,研制了一种钻探参数监测系统(简称钻参仪).该钻参仪采用模块化设计,可实现钻探参数实时监测、存储、回看、工况识别和数据远近程无线传输等功能.现场试验表明,该钻参仪技术先进,性能稳定可靠,可满足施工需要,效果显著.
針對全液壓深孔鑽機的特點,研製瞭一種鑽探參數鑑測繫統(簡稱鑽參儀).該鑽參儀採用模塊化設計,可實現鑽探參數實時鑑測、存儲、迴看、工況識彆和數據遠近程無線傳輸等功能.現場試驗錶明,該鑽參儀技術先進,性能穩定可靠,可滿足施工需要,效果顯著.

As the geological exploration in old mines periphery is developed quickly, fully hydraulic drill rig will become the main rig for future deep drilling. In order to realize scientific drilling, digital drilling, and ensure the drilling work safety, drilling parameter monitoring system matching to fully hydraulic drill is studied. The drilling parameter monitoring system is module-designed according to the characteristics of hydraulic drill, and can not only real-timely monitor, display and store drilling parameters, but also have some significant advantages such as forecasting hole accident and data wireless transmission. The drilling practice show that the drilling parameter monitoring system has stable and reliable performance, its technology is advanced and effect is good, can satisfy the need of deep drilling.
