从提升大学生就业可雇佣性入手,提出了一种基于可雇佣性的专业建设的制度创新,即专业—产业链.当前存在专业培育产业型和产业培育专业型两种类型的专业—产业链.以浙江大学计算机类专业和网新恒天软件以及东软集团和东软信息学院为例对专业—产业链两种类型进行分析,认为专业—产业链实现了资源要素、关系要素和组织要素的融合.

This study is aimed at exploring a specialty-industry chain mechanism to upgrade students’ capability in employment, involving industry-and specialty-based system to cultivate professionals. It comes to the point that the chain integrates the factors of resources, relationships and organizations by case studying the computer-related specialties in Zhejiang University, the Hengtian software, Neusoft Group and Neusoft Institute of Information.
