利用水解法和热溶剂法分别制备了 TiO2微球.所得样品形貌及结构采用热场发射扫描电镜(TFE-SEM)、X射线衍(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附等测试方法进行分析表征.结果表明:水解法和热溶剂法所制备的TiO2微球均为锐钛矿相,比表面积较高,分别为116.1 m2·g-1和165.1 m2·g-1,且粒径均匀、分散性良好.热溶剂法制备样品的均匀性和可重复性更佳.

The monodisperse titania spheres are prepared by hydrolysis and solvothermal synthesis. The titania spheres are characterized by means of thermal-field emission scanning electron microcopy (TFE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen absorption-desorption technique. The results show that the spheres from both methods are pure anatase. BET surface area is about 116.1 m2·g-1 and 165.1 m2·g-1, respectively. The titania spheres possess narrow size distribution and excellent dispersibility. In terms of uniformity and reproducibility of the titania spheres, the solvothermal synthesis is found to be a better method.
