近年来,国家对高职示范院校日益重视,使得各高职示范院校的发展迈入新台阶.但也存在许多问题,如设备管理意识滞后,管理制度不规范,设备管理人员不稳定等,从而导致了资产浪费、闲置、流失及使用效率低下等问题,文章就这些问题提出了一些整改措施以及管理策略.

In recent years, the state pay more attention to higher vocational teachers colleges, so that the development of higher vocational teachers colleges strides on new step. But there are also many problems, such as lag of equipment management consciousness, management system is not standard, equipment management personnel is not stable, which leads to the waste of idle assets, loss of use, and the efficiency is low, this paper put forward some reform measures and management strategies.
