创造力的影响理论比较全面地概括了创造力发展的各方面影响因素,阐述了创造力发展的心理学意义.通过论述创造力的影响理论,探讨影响教师创造力发展的智力和非智力因素;以及教师对创造力的认识影响到学生创造力发展,教师应该以正确的态度对待学生的创造精神.

Creative effect theory comprehensively summarized all aspects of the influencing factors of the creativity development, this paper expounds the psychological significance of creativity development. Through the discussion of the influence of creative theory, to explore the intelligence and non-intelligence factors affect teachers' creativity development; as well as teachers of the creative understanding influence the development of students' creative ability, teachers should adopt a correct attitude towards students' creative spirit.
