积极干预考试焦虑有助于学生语言习得.本文以长江大学大一、大二、大三本科学生为研究对象,运用考试焦虑量表(TAS)调查了大学生对大学英语四级考试(CET-4)的焦虑状况,结合自制量表获得的结果提出一些干预焦虑的建议.

Concerted and coherent efforts contribute to reduction of the test anxiety which benefit English language acquisition of university students. The paper makes a survey of anxiety of College English Test-Band 4 (CET-4) among freshmen, sophomores and juniors of Yangtze University with Sarason’s Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), self-made form and interviews. Suggestions of how to overcome test anxiety of CET-4 are proposed after data analysis and discussion on the findings from the survey.
