时至今日,独立学院已从最初的试办阶段进入了规范化管理的阶段.建立一套科学的、有利于人才培养和应用的激励方案,不仅能够有效减少人才的流失,提高教师的满意度,提升教师工作的积极性,还有利于发挥教师的创造力,提高院校教学、科研水平、办学质量和办学效益.
時至今日,獨立學院已從最初的試辦階段進入瞭規範化管理的階段.建立一套科學的、有利于人纔培養和應用的激勵方案,不僅能夠有效減少人纔的流失,提高教師的滿意度,提升教師工作的積極性,還有利于髮揮教師的創造力,提高院校教學、科研水平、辦學質量和辦學效益.

Today, the independent college has changed from the pilot phase to enter standardization management stage. To establish a set of scientific, is helpful for the talent cultivation and application of incentive scheme, not only can effectively reduce the loss of talented people, improve teachers' satisfaction, promote teachers' working enthusiasm, and to exert teachers' creativity, improve college teaching, scientific research level, quality and efficiency of running.
