“05新课程方案”实施后,“法律基础”教学学时缩减,但教学总量变化不大,“课时少时间紧,内容多,学生需求期望高”是其难点.本文针对“法律基础”教学的现状与问题,在教学内容与方法上进行了新的思考与实践探索,总结提炼了教学经验,提出了笔者自己的见解与观点.

After the implementation of the“2005 New Version of Public Political Courses”, the teaching hours of Introduction to Law is reduced, but the total teaching contents remain as before. The contravention between inadequate teaching hours and plenty of contents makes a big challenge and difficulty to the teacher. Based on analysis of the current teaching situations and problems, this paper reconsiders the teaching contents and methods of this course, generalizes the useful teaching experience, and put forwards some new viewpoints and suggestions.
