Language and culture are inseparable, culture implicate language, language inherit culture. How to cultivate students' cross-cultural awareness in English teaching, training students of different cultural identity, and to strengthen the students' intercultural communication ability has become an important problem to be solved of each English teacher. This paper carries on the discussion on the necessity and strategy of intercultural training in English teaching.
