近年来,随着生源数量、质量的下降,中职教育迎来了寒冬期的考验.如何继续并持续坚守好中职教育阵地,已成为教学改革研究的热点.文章主要围绕中职教改中的核心问题——有效性课堂教学展开论述,结合中职教育的教学目标,分析了有效性课堂教学的相关因素和目前中职课堂教学中存在的几点问题,在教学研究的基础上,从教学手段和课堂管理两方面给出几点提高课堂有效性的建议.

In recent years, with the decline of the number and quality of students, the vocational education ushered the winter period test. How to continue to adhere to good vocational education position, has become a hot research of teaching reform. This paper focuses on the core problem in the secondary vocational education reform--the effectiveness of classroom teaching is discussed, based on the teaching objectives of vocational education, analyzes the related factors of the effectiveness of classroom teaching in secondary vocational school and the existing problems in the classroom teaching, on the basis of the study, from the means of teaching and classroom management two respects to give out a few suggestions on improving classroom effectiveness.
