结合南方电网穗东换流站500 kV 隔离开关和接地断路器断路器接触器频发故障的实例,通过波形分析,指出其损坏的原因在于断路器控制电缆屏蔽层存在设计缺陷,不能有效降低外界的电磁干扰.提出了对控制电缆屏蔽层进行改造措施,即将其通过专用铜排接地.实验显示,经改造后控制回路中电磁干扰所产生的电流过冲得到了有效的抑制

Taking the frequent failure of disconnector contactor at Suidong Converter Station in China Southern Power Grid as an example, and through waveform analysis, this paper points out that the damage of contactor is due to such a design defect of the control cable shield that makes it unable to effectively reduce the outside electromagnetic interference. An improvement measure of grounding it through independent copper bars is proposed for the control cable shield, and experiments show that its overshoot current can be restricted effectively with the measure.
