分析高肇直流肇庆换流站换流变压器二次侧电压监视频繁告警,指出此种现象是换流变压器分接头在调整过程中其档位信息跳变为–6档所致.增加防止跳变的程序,并利用包括兴安直流控制保护装置的 RTDS 模型进行仿真验证,结果表明,该反措能有效地防止上述监视频繁告警.

There was a phenomenon of frequent secondary-side-voltages-monitoring alarm of converter transformer at Zhaoqing Converter Station. This paper analyzes the phenomenon and points out that it was caused by the tap changer jumping to the “-6”position of converter transformer. A program against the jumping is proposed as a countermeasure, and simulation tests are carried out by using RTDS and the control and protection cubicles of GGI and GGII. The test results show that the countermeasure works effectively.
