研发现场检修和组装技术是解决规模巨大的高压直流输电工程换流变压器运输困难问题的关键.针对南方电网普洱换流站±800 kV 换流变压器检修试验厂的功能要求,成功地设计了该厂的结构,使其具有换流变压器阀侧外置引线装置的现场安装、工程投运后故障换流变压器的现场检修和试验等功能.该厂的设计还为今后发展现场组装式换流变压器提供了技术基础.

To develope on-site repair and assembling technologies is the key for solving the transportation problem of large-scale converter transformer of DC transmission project. Aiming at the function requirement of the ±800 kV converter transformer repair and test plant at Puer Converter Station, CSG, this paper makes it a configuration design so to have the functions such as on-site installing the outer valve side lead of transformer, and furthermore on-site repair and test the faulty converter transformers. The design also provides a technical foundation for the plant to develope on-site assembled converter transformer in the future.
