目的通过比较心功能正常患者分别处于0°、45°和90°3种体位时测量所得中心静脉压值,探寻不同体位CVP测量值之间的关系,为无法平卧患者行 CVP测量提供参考依据.方法采用“开放式中心静脉压测量法”对116例心功能正常的患者分别进行0°、45°和90°3种体位CVP的测量,应用随机区组方差分析、配对 t检验、相关性分析和线性回归等方法进行统计学分析.结果3种体位测量所得 CVP值差异有统计学意义(F=9.303,P=0.000);0°和45°体位测量所得 CVP值差异有统计学意义(t=7.186,P=0.000),相关系数为0.895,回归方程为=1.002X+0.713;0°和90°体位测量所得 CVP值差异有统计学意义(t=8.102,P=0.000),相关系数为0.864,回归方程为=0.835X+2.725.结论对于心功能正常的患者 CVP测量不仅可选0°体位,也可选45°及90°体位测量,但所得 CVP值应通过回归方程换算成0°体位的 CVP值,以解决心功能正常但又无法平卧患者CVP测量的问题.y∧y∧

Objective To compare the values of central venous pressure (CVP) measured in different positions of patients with normal heart function, to explore the relationships among CPV values and to provide methods for measuring the value of CVP for patients unable to lie down. Methods With open measurement of central venous pressure, the measurement of CPV was conducted in 0°, 45° and 90° respectively for 116 patients, and randomized blocks analysis of variance, paired t test, correlation analysis and linear regression methods were used. Results Values of CVP measured in three positions all had a significant difference (F=9.303, P=0.000) and values of CVP measured in 0° and 45° showed a significant difference (t=7.186, P=0.000) with the correlation coefficient of 0.895, the regression equation of =1.002X+0.713. Meanwhile, values of CVP measured in 0° and 90° revealed a significant difference (t=8.102, P=0.000), with the correlation coefficient of 0.864, the regression equation of =0.835X+2.725. Conclusion CPV measuring of patients with normal heart function can be conducted in not only 0°, but 45° and 90°, and the values of CVP measured in 45° and 90° should be transformed into the value in 0° through regression equations for clinical guiding, which is suitable for CVP measuring for patients unable to lie down. y∧y∧
