目的研究床边快速血糖仪测定静脉滴注大剂量维生素C的危重患者静脉全血血糖与生化仪葡萄糖氧化酶法测定静脉血清血糖之间的差别,探讨床边快速血糖仪在检测静滴大剂量维生素C患者静脉全血血糖的可靠性.方法静滴维生素C前,用床边快速血糖仪测定静脉全血血糖,用生化仪葡萄糖氧化酶法测定静脉血清血糖,比较其结果;静滴维生素 C后,再次采用前述两种方法测血糖并比较其结果.结果静滴大剂量维生素C前,两组血糖值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).静滴大剂量维生素C后,两组血糖值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论静滴大剂量维生素C的患者,生化仪检测的血清血糖偏低,床边快速血糖仪检测静脉全血血糖结果可靠,能为临床提供更为准确的血糖值数据.

Objective To investigate the difference between testing venous whole blood glucose by bedside rapid glucometer and testing venous serum blood glucose through biochemistry analyzer for critical patients with high-dose vitamin C supplement, to study the reliability of testing venous whole blood glucose via bedside rapid glucometer for critical patients with large dose vitamin C supplement. Methods Bedside rapid glucometer to detect venous whole blood glucose and biochemical analyzer glucose oxidases to detect venous serum blood glucose before and after supplementing vitamin C were applied and then the comparison between the results of different testing was conducted. Results Before Vitamin C supplement, the testing result of blood glucose through bedside rapid glucometer was (7.461±2.107) mmol/L and that of biochemistry analyzer was (7.400±2.038)mmol/L, which indicated no statistical significance (P>0.05). After Vitamin C supplement the result of former was (10.829±2.440) mmol/L, and the latter was (3.800±1.344) mmol/L, which showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Biochemistry analyzer reveals lower value of venous serum blood glucose for patients with high-dose vitamin C supplement. Testing for venous whole blood glucose through bedside rapid glucometer eliminates the interruption and provides accurate blood glucose value for clinical diagnosis.
