针对一起汽机主汽门螺栓断裂失效案例,对20Cr1Mo1VTiB材质进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织试验分析.试验分析结果表明:由于制造过程中热加工或热处理工艺不当,造成螺栓金相组织异常、冲击性能低下,在汽机运行工况下发生断裂失效.

Focusing on the failure of 20Cr1Mo1VTiB bolts rupture for main stop valve of steam tur?bine, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance analysis and metallographic examina?tion have been analyzed. The experiment and analysis result shows that:due to improper heat treat?ment process used in manufacture, caused the exceptional metallurgical structure and the incompe?tent impact toughness of the bolts, and bringed the rupture failure during the turbine operation.
