我国市场经济的发展不但给我国企业带来了发展的广阔平台,同时也给我国环境带来了很大的压力.最近几年,我国建筑工程企业发展速度在不断提高,对我国国民经济的推动作用也在不断增大.在这一过程中,建筑施工质量直接关系到了建筑企业能否长远发展.工程质量的控制需要科学合理的施工管理方法,同时为了减小经济发展对环境造成的压力,在施工中也要积极进行绿色施工、环保施工.因此,本文就要对建筑施工管理创新及绿色施工管理进行探讨.

The development of market economy in our count-ry not only has brought the development platform for our cou-ntry enterprise, but also brought a lot of pressure to our countr-y’s environment. In recent years, the development speed of C-hina's construction enterprises continues to increase, and the r-ole in promoting our national economy is also increasing. In t-his process, the construction quality is directly related to the l-ong-term development of construction enterprises and the qua-lity control of the project requires scientific and reasonable co-nstruction management method. In order to reduce pressure on the environment caused by economic development, the activel-y green and environmental constructions are needed. Therefore, in this article the author explores the construction management innovation and green construction management.
