社会公众对大学生失业现象的看法与态度,作为社会舆论导向将影响失业大学生的发展空间和生存状态.调查结果显示:(1)62%的公众与失业大学生有接触,失业现象较为普遍;81%的公众在关注大学生失业问题,大学生就业问题是社会热点;84.6%的人认为大学生失业合理,是公平竞争的结果.(2)失业的负面影响主要有三方面:阻碍大学生成长、干扰家庭和睦、影响国家稳定.(3)87%的人对失业大学生群体持体谅、信任等积极态度,60%的人认为失业者遇到的最大困境是发展受阻和信心失落等精神层面的打击,而经济窘迫并非主要挫折.(4)大学生失业的首位原因是大学生自身的能力与素质,包括就业要求及期望,其次是学校教育、教育内容和方式要更新.(5)超过50%以上的公众认为,应该对失业大学生实施帮助,尤其是在国家政策层面.

As the guidance of public opinion, the views and attitudes of social public towards the unemployment of college graduates from all walks of life will affect the developmental space and survival status of unemployed college graduates. The survey results show that 62%of the public have contacted the unemployed college graduates, and there is common unemployment; 81% of the public are concerned about the problem of unemployed college graduates, so it has become the social hotspot;84.6%of the people think that the unemployment of college students is reasonable, and it is the result of fair competition. The survey also shows that there are three negative impacts about the unemployment:hindering the growth of college students, interfering with the harmony of family, and affecting the stability of our country. Besides, 87%of the people hold a positive attitude, and they understand their situation and still trust them;60%of the people believe that the biggest problem to the unemployed graduates is the strike on their spirit, instead of economic problem. The survey on the causes of and solutions to graduates’ unemployment show that the leading cause of unemployment is the capacity and quality of the graduates, including employment requirements and expectations;the second reason lies in school education, which is the main objective reason. More than 50% of the public believe that we should assist the unemployed college graduates, especially from the level of the national policy.
