以16kN 离心振动台为例,讨论离心机上顺臂安装的电动振动台运动部分受力情况,并以一种常见振动台动圈导向结构为例,重点分析离心振动台动圈导向结构的受力情况.分析结果表明,由于离心力、重力、科里奥利力的共同作用,离心环境振动台运动部分及动圈导向结构受力远大于地面普通振动台,在设计离心振动台导向结构时必须考虑所有力的复合作用,以保证设备及试验的安全性.
以16kN 離心振動檯為例,討論離心機上順臂安裝的電動振動檯運動部分受力情況,併以一種常見振動檯動圈導嚮結構為例,重點分析離心振動檯動圈導嚮結構的受力情況.分析結果錶明,由于離心力、重力、科裏奧利力的共同作用,離心環境振動檯運動部分及動圈導嚮結構受力遠大于地麵普通振動檯,在設計離心振動檯導嚮結構時必鬚攷慮所有力的複閤作用,以保證設備及試驗的安全性.

In 16kN vibrafuge for research object, the paper discussed the force of vibrator moving element installed on the arm of centrifuge. With a common armature steering structure as an example, the paper mainly analyses the force of vibrator armature steering structure under the conditions of centrifuging and vibration. Analysis results show that the force of moving element and armature steering structure of vibrafuge far outweigh the ordinary vibrator. In the design of vibrafuge,the composite effect of centrifugal force,gravity and Corioli’s force must be considered in order to ensure the safety for equipment and testing.
