针对壳牌长北气田水平分支井出现的钻杆腐蚀问题,现场测定钻井液中溶解氧含量和钻井液性能参数,分析钻井液中腐蚀成分.采用腐蚀环进行监测,测定腐蚀速率、分析腐蚀产物,确定钻杆主要腐蚀类型为钻井液中的Cl-和溶解氧协同作用引起的局部腐蚀.结合现场生产情况,建议定期向钻井液中添加高效除氧剂和缓蚀剂,控制钻井液pH值,有效减缓钻杆腐蚀.
針對殼牌長北氣田水平分支井齣現的鑽桿腐蝕問題,現場測定鑽井液中溶解氧含量和鑽井液性能參數,分析鑽井液中腐蝕成分.採用腐蝕環進行鑑測,測定腐蝕速率、分析腐蝕產物,確定鑽桿主要腐蝕類型為鑽井液中的Cl-和溶解氧協同作用引起的跼部腐蝕.結閤現場生產情況,建議定期嚮鑽井液中添加高效除氧劑和緩蝕劑,控製鑽井液pH值,有效減緩鑽桿腐蝕.

For the problem of Shell Changbei horizontal multilateral well drill pipe corrosion, measured the dissolved oxygen content in drilling fluid and drilling fluid's performance parameters, analysed the corrosive components of the drilling fluid. Used corrosion ring to monitored corrosion, calculated the corrosion rate, analysed corrosion product, determined that drill pipe‘s corrosion types are localized corrosion caused by Cl- and dissolved oxygen in the drilling fluid. Combined with on-site production, recommended that added efficient oxygen scavenger and corrosion inhibitor in the drilling fluid, controled drilling fluid pH, slow down the corrosion of drill pipe.
