通过实验观察法及数值模拟手段研究了油气两相流体在输送管内的流型,并利用差压传感器测量了管内流动压力损失,进一步对试验结果进行了理论分析,总结出油气润滑输送管内压力损失的经验公式.通过对油气流型的研究,发现油气润滑输送管内为波浪—环状流流型,油、气速度变化、对环状流的流动特性有影响.

Through the method of experimental observation and numerical simulation method to study of oil gas two phase flow in the pipeline flow, and using the differential pressure sensor for measuring the flow within the pipe pressure loss, the test results are analyzed, summed up the lubricating oil and gas conveying pipe pressure loss experience formula. Based on the study of oil and gas type, found in lubricating oil and gas delivery pipe for wave, annular flow, oil, gas velocity, annular flow effect.
