利用定态流动法对超临界CO2萃取茶多酚水溶液进行研究,测定茶多酚水溶液在CO2中的溶解度数据,采用P-R状态方程对文献中SVE体系中茶多酚在超临界CO2溶解度数据,得到相应的二元相互作用参数13k ,结合40℃下茶多酚水溶液在超临界CO2中的溶解度数据得到的23k ,预测茶多酚水溶液的相平衡数据.计算值和实验值比较结果表明:P-R状态方程模型计算值和实验数据吻合较好.

The steady-state flow method was used for supercritical CO2 extraction study on tea polyphenols aqueous solution . Solubility data were determined for tea polyphenol in the mixture of CO2-H2O-tea polyphenol. Peng-Robinson Equation of State were calculated the solubility of tea polyphenol in supercritical CO2 in the SVE system of literature, the interaction parameter k13 were estimated. Combination of the tea polyphenols aqueous solution at 40℃ in supercritical CO2 solubility data obtained k23 Phase equilibrium data of tea polyphenols aqueous solution in the supercritical CO2 was predicted. The calculated solubility data of tea polyphenol aqueous solution in supercritical CO2 in the VLE system were compared with the experimental data. Based on the Peng-Robinson Equation models, the calculated solubility are in good agreement with the experimental data.
