运用硅胶柱层析和HPLC等色谱方法对内蒙古阿尔山市产兴安杜鹃叶的化学成分进行研究,分离得到了6个单体化合物.通过NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,确定这些化合物的结构分别为:吉玛酮(1),灰叶酸(2),β-谷甾醇(3),二十八烷醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5),齐墩果酸(6),其中4,5为首次从该植物中分离得到.
運用硅膠柱層析和HPLC等色譜方法對內矇古阿爾山市產興安杜鵑葉的化學成分進行研究,分離得到瞭6箇單體化閤物.通過NMR等波譜技術進行結構鑒定,確定這些化閤物的結構分彆為:吉瑪酮(1),灰葉痠(2),β-穀甾醇(3),二十八烷醇(4),鬍蘿蔔苷(5),齊墩果痠(6),其中4,5為首次從該植物中分離得到.

The chemical constituents of the leaves of Rhododendron dauricum L. were studied by the methods of column chromatography and HPLC. As the results, six compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as germacrone (1), grifolic acid (2),β-sitosterol (3), octacosand (4), daucosterol (5), and oleanolic acid (6) by means of spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
