将干燥艾蒿用无水乙醇浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取,制得石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取物,从两种萃取物中分离得到7种单一化合物,分别鉴定为:正十八酸(1),α-菠甾醇(2),β-谷甾醇(3)、水杨酸(4),7-羟基香豆素(5),对羟基苯丙醇(6),3α-羟基-1(10),4(5),11(13)-吉马三烯-12,6-内酯(7),其中化合物1,4,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到.
將榦燥艾蒿用無水乙醇浸泡提取,提取液濃縮後依次用石油醚、乙痠乙酯萃取,製得石油醚和乙痠乙酯萃取物,從兩種萃取物中分離得到7種單一化閤物,分彆鑒定為:正十八痠(1),α-菠甾醇(2),β-穀甾醇(3)、水楊痠(4),7-羥基香豆素(5),對羥基苯丙醇(6),3α-羥基-1(10),4(5),11(13)-吉馬三烯-12,6-內酯(7),其中化閤物1,4,6,7為首次從該植物中分離得到.
장간조애호용무수을순침포제취,제취액농축후의차용석유미、을산을지췌취,제득석유미화을산을지췌취물,종량충췌취물중분리득도7충단일화합물,분별감정위:정십팔산(1),α-파치순(2),β-곡치순(3)、수양산(4),7-간기향두소(5),대간기분병순(6),3α-간기-1(10),4(5),11(13)-길마삼희-12,6-내지(7),기중화합물1,4,6,7위수차종해식물중분리득도.
The dried Artemisia vulgaris L. was extracted by ethanol. The solution was concentrated and then extracted by petroleum ether and EtOAc. The chemical constituents of the two extract parts were researched. As the results, seven compounds, namely, stearic acid(1),α-apinasterol(2),β-sitosterol(3), salicylic acid(4), 7-hydroxyl coumarin(5), p-hydroxyl benzene propyl alcohol(6), and 3-hydroxy-1(10),4(5),11(13)-diager-6,12-olede(7) were isolated. Compounds 1, 4, 6, and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
