采用溶胶—凝胶技术,以草酸铌为原料、乙二醇为酯化剂来制备钛酸锶(SrTiO3)掺杂铌酸钾钠(Na0.5K0.5) NbO3无铅压电陶瓷粉体.应用TG/DSC技术对干凝胶的成分及溶胶形成过程中的机理进行了研究,使用XRD和SEM对掺杂SrTiO3的纳米粉体进行了物相结构和表面形貌的表征,并研究了SrTiO3的最佳掺杂比例和烧结温度及其对压电性能的影响.
採用溶膠—凝膠技術,以草痠鈮為原料、乙二醇為酯化劑來製備鈦痠鍶(SrTiO3)摻雜鈮痠鉀鈉(Na0.5K0.5) NbO3無鉛壓電陶瓷粉體.應用TG/DSC技術對榦凝膠的成分及溶膠形成過程中的機理進行瞭研究,使用XRD和SEM對摻雜SrTiO3的納米粉體進行瞭物相結構和錶麵形貌的錶徵,併研究瞭SrTiO3的最佳摻雜比例和燒結溫度及其對壓電性能的影響.

In this research we adopted a sol-gel method,with niobium oxalate as niobate resource, glycol as esterifying agent to obtain SrTiO3-KNN lead-free piezoelectric ceramics powder. TG/DSC was adopted to study the compositions of the xerogel and all the synthesis process, in order to find out the mechanizations of the sol-gel process. The crystal structure and surface feature was characterized and observed by XRD and SEM,the SrTiO3 best doping ratio and effect of sintering temperature on electrical properties were studied.
