以对溴苯酚为原料,引进醋酸保护基,经四步反应合成一种新型取代苯乙炔单体(3,5-二(羟甲基)-4-羟基-1-(三甲基硅乙炔基)苯),最后经核磁氢谱表征确定了各步产物化学结构.提供一种简便有效的合成方法,其原料易得、反应条件温和、后处理方便、产率高.

A new substituted phenylacetylene(3, 5-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-hydroxyl-1- (trimethylsilylacetylenyl)-benzene) was synthesized by four-step reactions and by using bromophenol as raw materials. And in the synthetic route acetic acid was introduced as protection group. The chemical structures of the each step products were characterized by the NMR spectra. We provided a simple and effective synthetic methods with the easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, convenient post-processing, and high yield.
