从一系列铜基粉末冶金材料配方中选出几种具有代表性的配方进行实验,研究铝含量对铜基粉末冶金材密度、抗压强度、摩擦磨损等性能的影响.结果表明:在铜基粉末冶金材料中添加铝元素后,材料的密度、抗压强度摩擦因数都降低,磨损率明显下降;随着铝含量的增加,材料的磨损率大幅下降,但摩擦因数变化不明显;在铜基粉冶金中加入铝元素后,在显微组织中有新相生产,使基体组织细化,因而铜基粉末冶金的整体材料性能得到提高.
從一繫列銅基粉末冶金材料配方中選齣幾種具有代錶性的配方進行實驗,研究鋁含量對銅基粉末冶金材密度、抗壓彊度、摩抆磨損等性能的影響.結果錶明:在銅基粉末冶金材料中添加鋁元素後,材料的密度、抗壓彊度摩抆因數都降低,磨損率明顯下降;隨著鋁含量的增加,材料的磨損率大幅下降,但摩抆因數變化不明顯;在銅基粉冶金中加入鋁元素後,在顯微組織中有新相生產,使基體組織細化,因而銅基粉末冶金的整體材料性能得到提高.

Several typical formulae were selected from a series of copper powder alloy material formulae,and the experi-ments were carried out to study the effects of aluminum content on the density,hardness,compressive strength and tribolog-ical properties of copper based powder alloy materials. The results show that the material density,compressive strength and friction coefficient are decreased,the wear rate is decreased obviously when adding aluminum element in the copper based powder alloy materials. With the increase of aluminum content,the wear rate is decreased greatly,while the friction coeffi-cient changes not obvious. A new phase is produced in the microstructure when adding aluminum element in the copper based powder alloy materials,which results in the refinement of matrix microstructure and improves the performances cop-per based powder alloy materials.
