以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、石墨(C)、锡青铜(CuO)、环氧树脂(E44)、聚酰胺、无水乙醇、液体石蜡原料,合成一种摩擦性能优异的固液润滑剂;利用声发射技术及马氏距离判别法对该固液润滑剂的润滑性能进行考察结果表明:声发射技术及马氏距离判别法能准确实现对裂纹状态的识别,反映固液润滑剂在对板料拉深时的润滑性能进而可对润滑剂配比进行优化.当聚四氟乙烯与石墨含量之比为2.5∶1时,润滑效果良好,拉深件畚斗无初试裂产生.
以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、石墨(C)、錫青銅(CuO)、環氧樹脂(E44)、聚酰胺、無水乙醇、液體石蠟原料,閤成一種摩抆性能優異的固液潤滑劑;利用聲髮射技術及馬氏距離判彆法對該固液潤滑劑的潤滑性能進行攷察結果錶明:聲髮射技術及馬氏距離判彆法能準確實現對裂紋狀態的識彆,反映固液潤滑劑在對闆料拉深時的潤滑性能進而可對潤滑劑配比進行優化.噹聚四氟乙烯與石墨含量之比為2.5∶1時,潤滑效果良好,拉深件畚鬥無初試裂產生.

A solid-liquid lubricant with good friction properties was synthesized with PTFE,C,CuO,E44,epoxy resin, polyamide,anhydrous alcohol and paraffin oil as raw materials and its lubrication performances were investigated by using acoustic emission technique and Mahalanobis distance discrimination method. The results show that using acoustic emission technology and Mahalanobis distance discrimination method can identify the cracks accurately and reflect the lubrication performances of solid-liquid lubricant in sheet deep drawing,and get the best lubricant composition. When the ratio of PTFE and C is 2.5∶1,the prepared lubricant has good lubrication effect,and when using this lubricant,the drawing parts has no initial crack.
