介绍基于摩擦副磨损过程的航空发动机磨粒图谱的编制方法,分析航空发动机摩擦副不同运转阶段的基本磨粒种类与特征,提出航空发动机铁谱图谱信息管理系统的总体框架,并进行了初步设计.该图谱信息管理系统为预测发动机磨损故障提供了一种有效的技术手段,同时该系统可作为故障诊断专家系统的一个重要模块.

Methods of organizing the atlas of aero-engine wear particles based on friction components in the course of wearing were introduced. The types and characters of essential wear particles occurred in varied work period of friction components were analyzed. The basic structure of atlas information management system(AIMS)of ferrography of aero-en-gine was developed. The AIMS provides an effective technological method to predict engine fault caused by wearing,and it is an important part of fault diagnosis expert system.
