运用油液监测与振动监测诊断手段,对合成气压缩机的运行状态进行视情监测与故障分析.结果表明:合成气压缩机轴承轴瓦处部分区域出现油漆膜现象,引发设备运行时振动异常;应用分析同时表明,集油液信息与振动信息的多信息综合应用更有利于科学、全面的对设备状况进行视情诊断.

Condition-based monitoring and fault analysis were carried out for the synthesis gas compressor by using two diagnostic means of oil monitoring and vibration monitoring. Results indicates that oil oxidation film on the bearing bush causes the abnormal vibration when the synthesis gas compressor is running. The application analysis also shows that the multi-information integrated application with oil information and vibration information is more conducive to the condition-based diagnostic of equipment status.
