取螺旋槽中间面、中间线上的流体迹线进行拟合,将该拟合曲线作为干气密封的槽型线,建立拟合曲线三维立体模型,运用Fluent软件对拟合曲线槽干气密封在气膜厚度为3~5μm时3种工况(低压低速、中压中速、高高速)下的压力、泄漏量和气膜推力进行数值模拟和分析,并与螺旋槽进行比较.结果表明:在低压低速下,拟合线槽和螺旋槽的动压效果都不明显,且泄漏量相差不大;在中压中速下,气膜厚度为3和4μm时拟合曲线槽的动压果比螺旋槽的好,但2种槽的泄漏量相差不大;在高压高速下,气膜厚度为3μm时拟合曲线槽的动压效果比螺旋槽好,并且泄漏量比螺旋槽的小;在3种工况下拟合曲线槽的气膜推力都比螺旋槽的大.
取螺鏇槽中間麵、中間線上的流體跡線進行擬閤,將該擬閤麯線作為榦氣密封的槽型線,建立擬閤麯線三維立體模型,運用Fluent軟件對擬閤麯線槽榦氣密封在氣膜厚度為3~5μm時3種工況(低壓低速、中壓中速、高高速)下的壓力、洩漏量和氣膜推力進行數值模擬和分析,併與螺鏇槽進行比較.結果錶明:在低壓低速下,擬閤線槽和螺鏇槽的動壓效果都不明顯,且洩漏量相差不大;在中壓中速下,氣膜厚度為3和4μm時擬閤麯線槽的動壓果比螺鏇槽的好,但2種槽的洩漏量相差不大;在高壓高速下,氣膜厚度為3μm時擬閤麯線槽的動壓效果比螺鏇槽好,併且洩漏量比螺鏇槽的小;在3種工況下擬閤麯線槽的氣膜推力都比螺鏇槽的大.
취라선조중간면、중간선상적류체적선진행의합,장해의합곡선작위간기밀봉적조형선,건립의합곡선삼유입체모형,운용Fluent연건대의합곡선조간기밀봉재기막후도위3~5μm시3충공황(저압저속、중압중속、고고속)하적압력、설루량화기막추력진행수치모의화분석,병여라선조진행비교.결과표명:재저압저속하,의합선조화라선조적동압효과도불명현,차설루량상차불대;재중압중속하,기막후도위3화4μm시의합곡선조적동압과비라선조적호,단2충조적설루량상차불대;재고압고속하,기막후도위3μm시의합곡선조적동압효과비라선조호,병차설루량비라선조적소;재3충공황하의합곡선조적기막추력도비라선조적대.
The fluid tracing line taken from spiral groove middle surface and middle line was fitted and used as the type line of dry gas seal groove,and a three-dimension model of fitted curve groove was established. Under three conditions of low pressure and low speed,middle pressure and middle speed,and high pressure and high speed,the pressure,leakage and gas film open force of fitted curve groove dry gas seal with film thickness of 3~5 μm were calculated by using Fluent software,and were analyzed and compared with those of spiral groove. The results show that under low pressure and low speed conditions,the fitted curve groove and spiral groove have weak dynamic pressure effect,and have almost the same leakage. Under middle pressure and middle speed conditions,the dynamic pressure effects of fitted curve grooves with film thickness of 3 and 4μm are better than that of spiral grooves,but their leakages are still almost the same. Under high pres-sure and high speed conditions,the dynamic pressure effect of fitted curve groove with film thickness of 3 μm is better than that of spiral groove,and the leakage of fitted curve groove is smaller than that of spiral groove. The gas film open force of fitted curve groove is larger than that of spiral groove under three conditions.
