根据流体动静压润滑理论,结合差速浮动式传输密封的密封间隙的结构特点,分析转速、压力、间隙大等参数变化对差速浮动式传输密封泄漏性能的影响.结果表明:差速浮动式传输密封的泄漏量与工作介质的黏度呈比,因此,可通过控制工作温度来调节介质的黏度,从而控制泄漏量;密封泄漏量与动环转速的相关性较小,与密封隙的相关性较大;工作负载波动将引起泄漏量的变化,且随着密封间隙的增大,泄漏量波动越明显.
根據流體動靜壓潤滑理論,結閤差速浮動式傳輸密封的密封間隙的結構特點,分析轉速、壓力、間隙大等參數變化對差速浮動式傳輸密封洩漏性能的影響.結果錶明:差速浮動式傳輸密封的洩漏量與工作介質的黏度呈比,因此,可通過控製工作溫度來調節介質的黏度,從而控製洩漏量;密封洩漏量與動環轉速的相關性較小,與密封隙的相關性較大;工作負載波動將引起洩漏量的變化,且隨著密封間隙的增大,洩漏量波動越明顯.

According to the fluid dynamic and static pressure lubrication theory,combining with the sealing clearance structural characteristics of differential floating transmission seal,the effects of parametric changes of rotation rate,pressure and sealing clearance on the leakage of transmission seal were analyzed. The results show that the seal leakage of differenti-al floating transmission seal and the working medium viscosity are in inverse ratio. Thus,the seal leakage can be controlled through controlling the working temperature to adjust the medium viscosity. The seal leakage has low correlation with mov-ing ring speed,and has high correlation with sealing clearance. The working load fluctuation will cause the change of leak-age,and along with the increasing of seal clearance,which will result in more obvious fluctuation of leakage.
