某电厂汽轮机主油泵在发电机组并网前不能切换,影响到机组的并网运行.分析可能导致故障的一些因素,通过排除法和动态过程追踪法,发现主油泵不能切换的原因是涡轮增压泵出口逆止阀装反.对故障进行处理后,汽轮机切换至主油泵供油运行正常,机组顺利安全并网发电.

The grid-connected operation of a generator sets was influenced due to the main oil pumps of the steam tur-bine unable to switch before grid-connected. Some factors possibly lead to the failure were analyzed,by using the exclusive method and tracking method in dynamic process,it was found that the reason for unable switch of the main oil pump was that the inverted valve of the turbopump was inversely installed. After treating the failure,the operation switching to main oil pump and the oil supply are all normal,and the grid-connected generation of the generator sets was realized smoothly and safely.
