利用热重分析的方法对含油污泥、煤及其混合试样的挥发分析出特性进行研究,分析了含油污泥、煤的混合比例及升温速率对含油污泥-煤混合热解过程的化学动力学参数和挥发分析出特性参数的影响规律.实验结果表明,随着混合试样中含油污泥含量的增加,挥发分析出份额越大,混合试样总失重量增加;混合试样的热解反应整体活化能要小于两种单一组分;煤中加入少量的含油污泥就可以使挥发分初析温度显著降低,挥发分析出的温度区间在含油污泥质量分数为33%左右时达到最大;当混合试样中含油污泥质量分数超过33%时,挥发分析出高峰时的温度接近含油污泥,且挥发分最大析出速度、挥发分析出特性指数随含油污泥含量的增加而增大,增加含油污泥对混合试样挥发分的析出有明显的促进作用;在10~30,℃/min 的变化范围内,热解曲线随升温速率的增大向高温方向偏移,挥发分析出特性指数随升温速率的增加略有增大,升温速率的增大对于挥发分的析出略有促进作用.
利用熱重分析的方法對含油汙泥、煤及其混閤試樣的揮髮分析齣特性進行研究,分析瞭含油汙泥、煤的混閤比例及升溫速率對含油汙泥-煤混閤熱解過程的化學動力學參數和揮髮分析齣特性參數的影響規律.實驗結果錶明,隨著混閤試樣中含油汙泥含量的增加,揮髮分析齣份額越大,混閤試樣總失重量增加;混閤試樣的熱解反應整體活化能要小于兩種單一組分;煤中加入少量的含油汙泥就可以使揮髮分初析溫度顯著降低,揮髮分析齣的溫度區間在含油汙泥質量分數為33%左右時達到最大;噹混閤試樣中含油汙泥質量分數超過33%時,揮髮分析齣高峰時的溫度接近含油汙泥,且揮髮分最大析齣速度、揮髮分析齣特性指數隨含油汙泥含量的增加而增大,增加含油汙泥對混閤試樣揮髮分的析齣有明顯的促進作用;在10~30,℃/min 的變化範圍內,熱解麯線隨升溫速率的增大嚮高溫方嚮偏移,揮髮分析齣特性指數隨升溫速率的增加略有增大,升溫速率的增大對于揮髮分的析齣略有促進作用.

The release characteristics of volatiles are studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The volatiles come from the pyrolysis of oily sludge,coal and their mixture. The effect of mixing ratio and heating rate on the corresponding chemical kinetic parameters and the release characteristics of the volatiles is analyzed. The experimental results show that the release of the volatiles increases with the increased content of oily sludge in the mixture,leading to the in-crement of overall mass loss;the release characteristics of volatiles arising from the pyrolysis of the mixture are much better than those from the individual components;the initial release temperature of volatiles will decrease obviously when a little oily sludge is added to the coal,and the release temperature range of volatiles will reach the maximum when the mass fraction of oily sludge is about 33%;if the content of oily sludge in the mixture is above 33%,the re-lease peak temperature of the volatiles from the mixture is approximate to that from oily sludge,and meanwhile,the maximum release rate and the release characteristic index of volatiles increase with the increased content of oily sludge in the mixture,indicating that oily sludge can significantly promote the release of volatiles from the mixture;within the range from 10,℃/min—30,℃/min,the pyrolysis process shifts to the high temperature direction with the increased heating rate,suggesting that the increment of heating rate can slightly facilitate the release of volatiles. Hence,the addition of oily sludge to clean coal can improve the release characteristics of volatiles from clean coal.
