采用玻璃熔片法制样,建立测定锰矿石中 TMn、TFe、SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、K2O、TiO2、P2O5等主次成分的 X 射线荧光光谱分析方法.确定了仪器最佳参数,采用系列标样建立了校准曲线.对稀释比、熔样时间等进行了探讨,结果表明,试样和熔剂的质量比以1﹕30、熔样时间以10min 为好,所得试样在熔剂中的分散度(浓度)适当,可同时适合试样中高、低含量组分的测定.采用熔融法分解试样的方法有效地消除了试样的粒度效应,精确度几准确度试验表明,荧光玻璃熔片法能满足锰矿石中各元素的分析要求.

The glass fusion beads sample preparation, the establishment of the X-ray fluorescence spectrometric determination of manganese ore in TMn of TFe, of SiO2, Al2O3, and CaO and MgO and K2O and TiO2 and P2O5 and other minor components. Determine the optimal parameters of the instrument, using series of standard calibration curve. On the dilution ratio, the melt-like time, results showed that the sample and the flux of mass ratio of 1: 30, melt injection time to 10 min, the dispersion of the obtained sample in the flux (concentration) is appropriate, at the same time suitable for high sample, the determination of low levels of compounds. Decomposition of sample melting method effectively eliminates the sample particle size effect, and accuracy of several accuracy tests showed that the fluorescence on the glass melting tablets to meet the analysis requirements of the elements manganese ore.
