为了对甘孜野生仙人掌的人工种植及综合开发利用提供科学依据,分析测试了甘孜仙人掌果实营养成分.结果表明:甘孜仙人掌果实富含糖、蛋白质、维生素、矿质元素及膳食纤维.四川甘孜仙人掌果是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、低糖、高膳食纤维的风味细腻爽口、香气独特、有益于预防心脑血管疾病、有利于滋润肌肤的水果.可开发为具有预防心脑血管疾病、滋润肌肤的饮料、果酒、果脯等食品.

To provide a scientific basis for artificial cultivation and comprehensive utilization of the cactus fruit in Ganzi, the nutritional components of cactus fruit in Ganzi were tested in this paper. The results showed that the cactus fruits are rich in sugar, protein, vitamin, mineral elements and dietary fiber. Sichuan Ganzi cactus fruit was a kind of high protein, low fat, low sugar, high dietary fiber and unique aroma, flavor tastily, useful for the pre-vention of cardiovascular disease, skin nourishing fruit, and in food processing could be developed for prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, skin nourishing beverage, wine, preserved fruit and other food.
