从活性污泥中筛选出1株絮凝活性较高的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,命名为QN005.采用单因素试验对该菌株的培养条件进行研究,研究结果表明,该菌株产絮凝剂的发酵条件为:碳源为2%葡萄糖,氮源为0.2%牛肉膏,无机盐为0.5%CaCl2,初始pH为7.0,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为72h.在此条件下QN005菌株对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到79.6%.

A strain, QN005, with high and stable flocculating activity was isolated from activate sludge. The cultur-al conditions of QN005 were studied by single factor test. The experimental results indicate that the carbon source, nitrogen source, mineral salt, initial pH, fermentation temperature and fermentation time were 2% glucose, 0.2%beef extract, 0.5% CaCl2, pH 7.0, 37℃ and 72 h. Under these culture conditions, the strain, QN005, produces a highly efficient flocculant with 79.6% of flocculation rate against kaolin suspension.
